Unfortunately, this isn't the first time and it won't be the last. In fact,
there were several enigma games before "Enigma" was released (for example
this one: http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/enigma/). It's simply
an obvious name for a puzzle game.

I don't there's anything we can or need to do about it.
