ok, now the locale is correctly loaded. thanks :)
on a side note, I've forgot to mention that while on my system the
msgbus_lang module was not built (missing dbus), .edj and .desktop
files for this module was installed.
this results in the presence of the module in the list of available
modules, but obviously if I try to load it e17 says it could not
find it.
