A few packages are broken right now due to this (looking for eina-0), I'd commit
a fix to change it to just eina, but I also think it would be
interesting to support multiple installed versions
of the libraries and to allow pkg-config to check for the specific one.

Would it be too much of a problem to change the rest of the efl to
conform to this?
