Because 'conformant' is not for "don't resize this window when a 
keyboard pops up".

'Conformant' apps (wrt illume2) basically are windows that already 
account for the indicator/softkey windows in how they position their 
widgets...ie: a 'conformant' app knows where the indicator/softkey 
windows are, and moves it's interface widgets to account for that so 
that the apps interface is not blocked/hidden by indicator/softkey.

(read: It's not a cheap way out for 'not resize when keyboard shows').

If you're goal is to replace illume-home with your own window (as 
apparently it is), then you need to:

1) make your app window properly
2) tell the profile that "mywindow" is the new home window (hint: set 
illume config window matching to your home windows's name & class)
