Hi,
Have you try to update this switch using Netsight ? The software will manage
firmwares in flash for you.
If it do not work, the only solution is to use the boot menu to free up the
flash and transfer the new code using XMODEM, take a look to knowledge base for
the procedure.
Is it the only switch with this behaviour ?
