We had our meeting, and have some helpers. We even started the design of a booking system, using what I knocked up for PyConUK as a starting point (not that there'd be much of that left by the time it's finished). There is even a diagram of what we propose at http://www.pywm.eu/Projects/Conference_System/ and by tomorrow evening there may even be a couple of pictures of our motley multi-national crew which includes English, German and Mexican members.
