I'll do it.

However, it would be best to publish the schedule, and mail all the
speakers telling them to check their talk
 and bio details (and supply the missing bios and pictures). Then we
could get it right in one hit (that's a pious hope, I know). They need
to mail the data to me or europython-talks.

Also, very few have specifically given or with-held permission to
publish/record, we need to get that off them
