NOTE: the schedule table and print versions were generated using
PyCon-Tech and then the output was made static.
That code has the ability to generate the ical files as well, but
static and 'live feed' versions.
The live feed versions would not work properly as of course these are
static copies of the output html.
Just ask john to generate the ical files as well.
