I don't think so, because Lightning Talks get proposed at the
conference, usually they are impromptu. Maybe we need to make this

Actually, it has a maximum length of 100 characters. Zeth, maybe the
box size could reflect this?

The title has a maximum length of 30. We've done this because last
year some people gave ridiculously long titles, which makes printing a
schedule a problem, so we have to edit them.
