Just for the record: I'm not involved with the German proposal and
didn't even know about it until this got mentioned on the list.
OTOH, I have a bias for Italy, since I get to see Germany all year
long ;-)
Perhaps we get some more reviewers on board as well.

(assuming that the proposals are written in English, I am ashamed
to say
that I don't read either Germany or Italian).
