And, being busy with a new release, I now forget whether I mentioned t
hat I think
that a language summit is a really good idea. One question that alway
s arises for
such things -- is there anybody that we would really like to see atten
d such a
thing, so much so that we would be willing to pay for their airfair to
attend EP
even if they lived outside of Europe? The answer to this question cou
ld very well
be no, but if the answer is *yes* then this effects the EP budget, and
how much we
should charge attendees.
There are several core developers who would be a great addition to the
language summit *and* to the conference, but who wouldn't be able to
come without aid. Off the top of my head both Brett Cannon and Jesse
Noller would give awesome talks.
Can we budget for bringing over one US / Canadian core-developer /
PSF-member and then invite them...
All the best,
Michael

We can do this. Do you want to schedule a python core sprint to happen at EP
as well?
Laura
Great - and thanks.
I'll see if I can get a core sprint together. As several core developers
are cc'ed please put the dates in your diary and see if you can be
available... :-)
All the best,
Michael
