I haven't read the IRC logs yet, but I understand from MichaelF that I
get to help put the talk schedule together, which I'll be delighted to
do again, hopefully benefitting a little from the experiences of last
yet. I'll make sure I'm at the future IRC meets, last night I couldn't
get out of work, but will be able to generally.

I read in the IRC logs of last nights meeting that I am nominated as the
webmaster. I am happy to do this if it is agreed.
So the obvious next question is, what needs to be done?
If people can suggest a list of initial tasks I will see if I can make
