When filling out the credit card number, there's just the text "Mr
Brian Brazil" for the cardholder name i.e. no <input>.

I didn't book any as I haven't decided which days I'll be there yet
(and the Premier Inn offer sounds good).

Something else I noticed, the tutorials are selected by default. Is
that intentional?
