I will not be able to make it to the meeting tonight so here is a short
update:
1. I have updated the schedule generation scripts for 2010, cleared out
last years schedule and converted the scripts to use bazaar rather than svn.
2. I have completed a first pass at generating vcal from the schedule.
I'll develop this further once we start getting some talks. You can
access the current file from:
http://www.europython.eu/talks/timetable/timetable.vcal
The script is in mk_ical.py and it is called along with the rest of the
timetable scripts so it should be up to date with the rest of the schedule.
3. Paul and myself have been discussing best to provide speakers with a
wiki page that they can use to communicate additional information. We
want to ensure that this is well integrated with the timetable and the
talks information on the main site. The details are yet to me resolved.
I'll review the IRC logs for actions later tonight (may be :-) ).
