He also apparently just fixed this same problem at another large company. It's Exchange 2010 SP3, and I'm not getting very far. Someone in the forums pointed me to WebServices, and said it can be done, but it's not going to be easy. I have gotten them to down to about 15 or so users; and at this point might just export each calendar and do it by hand. Unless you have any ideas or pointers?
