Several network users are reporting delayed receipt of new messages in outlook (i.e., reports vary from several minutes delay to only working correctly for a few minutes after restarting Outlook), but not in OWA or on EAS devices. Several of these users have been cured by running a process utilizing outlook.exe /cleanuips (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2330226), but others have not been 'cured' by this. Initially all reports appear to be coming from laptop users (we are 30:70 laptops to VDI's). All offices have consistent network links with less 35ms latency.
Does anyone have any experience with this issue or it's fix? Outlook 2010 (Office 2010 Prof Plus v14.0.7015.1000) with centralized Exchange 2010 SP2RU3 on Server 2008R2. Keith D.
