You could move one of them back on-premises first.

There is no Microsoft way to do this.



(Well, other than exporting each mailbox by hand, etc. etc.)



You need a third party tool. Transend, Binary Tree, MigrationWiz are the 3 I've 
used most recently.

I have two Orgs with there own domains, both using ADSync. I need to move the 
users from tenant A to tenant B 365. I would use MDT for the AD accounts. How 
would I move the mailboxes?
