The Notes help file makes the following statement: You can prevent recipients from copying a message that you send. This includes copying with the clipboard, forwarding, replying with history, and printing. Note This option is merely a deterrent to copying. Recipients can still use other means to copy the message.
Personally, I'd be just as concerned about a screen shot as retyping the message.
