[expert] problems with drakeconf

hallo MANDRAKE!

when i try to install several packages (for instance kutils or ktoys,
there is no pattern to see right now), nothing happens. ps -x after
pressing install brings

 1762 pts/7    Z      0:00 [urpmi <defunct>]

did someone experience this too?
