Could well be a 10.6 issue, I don't have it and don't know offhand if
anyone else has tried running the test suite on it :(

One other thing to try is moving into the tests folder itself and then
running 'fab test' again; or to move into the 'fabric' directory and
running, by hand, 'nosetests -sv --with-doctest' (the latest 0.9
should have the doctest flag but I guess b1 doesn't.)

Let me know how those work out.
