I had downloaded Factor 0.95 and could not get it to run on Snow Leopard, nor 
Lion. I just upgraded to 10.8.2 and it runs fine on Mountain Lion

Small nit… the 0.95 "About Factor" menu item brings up a window that says it is 
version 0.94.
