No.  In fact, I still build with VS2010, because I've had major issues
with Factor built via VS 2012.  I should've filed a bug, but I wanted to
investigate a bit more carefully to figure out whether it was my
installation, or Factor itself, that was at fault, and (ideally) to
submit a patch upstream.  If you have VS 2012 or 2010 available, I'd try
those first.
