Of course there are lots of meditation programs that are far less expensive that do the same thing. It's just that journalists being the idiots they are only know pop culture. Or prefer paying more to have someone in a suit teach them than in a kirtajami. For most people a few minutes of deep breathing might have the same benefit.

Where the TMO went wrong was raising the price way beyond the rate of inflation. Apparently TM does not cure greed.
