Wondering how your kitty is today. I also must apologize--I focused on the
words diarrhea and vomiting in your post, not the words "not eating". So,
yes, getting her to eat anything nutritious would be good. If she hasn't
improved overnight I hope you're able to get medical advice or attention
today.
