That sounds like a low Potassium level (or possibly a high Phosphorus
level, or both), yes, can be FELV associated (since FELV effects such a wide
range of bodily functions in various cats), as well as kidney, diabetes, or any
other number of related diseases in cats. Also seen in Heart problems, and of
course, can be Neurological as well. I'd get a blood panel done ASAP
and a full exam, including very closely listening to the heart.
