New submission from Justin Ruggles <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>: 24-bit FLAC files created by the newer versions of the FLAC encoder use RICE2 entropy coding. Support for these files was just added to FFmpeg, but the output which is generated sometimes has pops and clicks.
