If you're able to make up a package for it, you'd be more than welcome

If you're asking if somebody else can do it, then the answer is: 
possibly, time and interest permitting.

That would be possible, if GNAT were in Fink.  We have perl modules,
python modules, ruby modules, packages that are compiled from Fortran
source code--the build system is sufficiently flexible to handle most
things that are thrown at it.
