My first thought was something analogous to this:

    yes|fink update-all

and my second thought was, "oh, yeah, fink has that":

    fink -y update-all

and my third, "oops--mirror selection isn't a yes/no question!"  ;-)

OTOH, it's not pretty, but you could do this:

    /usr/bin/yes ''|fink update-all

as long as you're sure that the defaults are all okay.
