I have a completely functional mozilla-1.0.0-1 that I built on my system. I just rebuilt it last night, so the process works for my current system setup.
Here's some further info (to muddy the waters): Oddly enough, I don't seem to have XIElib.h on my system, but mozilla builds and runs fine. I'm using xfree86-base and -rootless-4.2.0-11 Also, comparing the other build items, I have /sw/bin/install /sw/bin/xargs gawk /sw/bin/autoconf (from autoconf25) i.e.everything is from fink.
