great! It actually works for xterm. It does not work with the fink
installed mozilla, though. I tried to modify the /sw/etc/mozilla/prefs.js
but to no avail. I added:
pref("font.directory.truetype.3", "/Library/Fonts");
pref("font.directory.truetype.4", "/System/Library/Fonts");
Any hint?
By the way, I have the hinted freetype stuff installed:
freetype 1.3.1-6 TrueType font rendering library, version 1
freetype-bin 1.3.1-6 TrueType font rendering library, version 1
i freetype-hintin 1.3.1-6 TrueType font rendering library, version ...
i freetype-hintin 1.3.1-6 TrueType font rendering library, version ...
i freetype-hintin 1.3.1-6 TrueType font rendering library, version ...
freetype-shlibs 1.3.1-6 TrueType font rendering library, version 1
freetype2 2.0.9-1 TrueType font rendering library, version 2
i freetype2-hinti 2.0.9-1 TrueType font rendering library, version 2
i freetype2-hinti 2.0.9-1 TrueType font rendering library, version ...
freetype2-shlib 2.0.9-1 TrueType font rendering library, version ...
I assume that it is off topic for this list discussing how to do it
for OpenOffice as well... :-)
cheers
