Hi,

I have successfully installed the Apple X11 server, fink and KDE.
When I run KDE, some things seem to collide with Quartz/Aqua, and
also the top MacOsX bar takes away some space.

So what I would like to do, is to have 2 X11 setups:

- rootless mode, where just eg an xterm pops up, so that I can
connect to remote X servers but still use Aqua-style look and
  feel

- rooted mode with KDE only as window manager, for a "100 %" X11
  environment

I could not find how to start a rooted mode with Apples X11 ..
.. what am I missing ?

Another X11 question: when I open a remote X11 window, how can I
cut and paste text in it ?

And finally a 3-button-mouse question: is it possible to configure
the touchpad that it distinguishes between button-1, -2 and -3 taps ?
On other computers I use for example, if you tap two fingers simulataneously,
it is automagically recognized as button-2 and 3 fingers as button-3.
Would be kinda useful thing ..

Thanks a lot in advance,
Marc
