I'm a bit confused. The past few times I've executed

    fink selfupdate
    fink update-all

nothing has happened in the way of package installations (I'm using rsync).
I ran the above today after having let a couple weeks pass since my last
update. If I look at filesystem timestamps, what should I be expecting to
change? I have this structure/timestamps in my /sw/fink directory at the
moment:

Should my dists symlink be pointed elsewhere? Looking at files newer than
/sw/fink/debs I only see activity in the 10.2 subdirectory:

Your dists symlink is right, is maybe "Distribution" set to 10.2 (instead of 10.2-gcc3.3) in your fink.conf or something?

You should be getting pretty regular updates, there's been lots of activity in both the 10.3 and 10.2-gcc3.3 trees...

Unless you're set to "point release" of course, then you only get updates if there's a new bindist release, but since you mentioned rsync I'm guessing that's not the case.
