From the command prompt, you can type "fink fetch [package name]" or "fink fetch-all". Since you are trying to get stuff to the isolated computer, you may want to try fetch-all. This, of course, will take a hell of a long time, but this is probably a better option than fetching an individual package because fetch by itself will NOT download all the dependencies.
If you have some packages downloaded already, use "fink fetch-missing" to download the remaining packages only.
