Fink's maintainer for YAZ (cc'ed) told me that the C++ stuff is in a
separate "yazpp" package.  We don't have that just yet, but we could
add it.

Ok. I found the developers homepage. I will try to compile it myself, but maybe adding it is a future option. Kile and the other LaTeX tools are the only reason I use fink and I'm maybe not the only one.

After triing to compile it, maybe it is a good idea to add yazpp to unstable. My skills are like »I know what to type to start the process, but sometimes it works and sometimes not.« The error is:

checking for YAZ... Not found
configure: error: YAZ development libraries missing

So I know what is wrong, but I don't know where to fetch the missing libraries. There are Debian packages on the homepage, maybe this will ease the integration into fink?!?
