Because KDE4 can be installed as either mac or x11 packages, each KDE4
is installed in it's own directory, either /sw/opt/kde4/mac or
/sw/opt/kde4/x11.

KDE/Mac does not support "startkde" -- it doesn't provide a desktop
environment because OSX already provides one natively.

KDE/X11 does, and it is /sw/opt/kde4/x11/bin/startkde
