You still have:

checking whether we are using the GNU C Library 2.1 or newer... yes

which is not a normal thing on OS X, and

checking for ldconfig... /sbin/ldconfig

which isn't normal for OS X, either.


I'm not really in a position to know where or why you installed the
GNU C library (glibc) but that appears to be what is breaking your
builds.
