David Codrea discusses the tunnel-vision/hearing implications of an adrenaline

fine-motor loss and time dilation. He mentions that these effects have been
recognized by the courts when they occur to police under assault. He asks if
anyone knows of any instances where courts have recognized them when as
occurring to common citizens under assault by police…? (Comments at the web
