Add the ability to learn in a trigger ON DISCONNECT reason of disconnect, such
as a normal shutdown, DELETE FROM MON$ATTACHMENTS, shutdown or stop the server
service. Its need for logging action users and searching problems, for example:

USER XXX DISCONNECTED AT 01.06.2011 10:25:12 (client not responding) <-- here
