How should the docs and QA be located? Just:

https://github.com/firebirdsql/manual

or prefixed with what they belong to:

https://github.com/firebirdsql/core-qa
https://github.com/firebirdsql/core-manual

If the latter, then I agree that we should better replace "core" with 
either "firebird" or "server".
