In isc_database_info (Request information about an attached database) is only
possible to identify encrypted or not encrypted DB and whether it is in the
encryption process. It would be nice to add more and getting a position in the
process.
This can be seen in the system table (option MON$CRYPT_PAGE) - number of the
last processed page in background encryption.
