This is what I intent to use. RecordBuffer for storage and kind of BufferedStream who walks in already created RecordBuffer. Complete LTT may use the same thing, but with more complete implementation. In initial implementation for returning, it seems sufficient to only change store and just tweak erase/modify to not crash with blr_local_table_id.
