Rather than continue enhance PSDR I rather see a new "middle layer" be written 
for the Flex-xxxx series radios that can take adavantage of the new 
presentation layer that SmartSDR brings to the table. That really is the only 
way that the true HW capabilities of the 5K can be exploited..

The 6000 looks like a great rig but I have a 5000a and am very happy with it. 

Can I assume that PSDR development will continue as is for use with all of the 
non-6000 rigs? Will there need to be 2 different versions of PSDR now?
