Michael - Changes of this sort are not a new version of PSDR. Contact Flex and they will send you a software utility for your specific transceiver that will alter the band allocations. I don't recall the name of the process/software, but Flex service will know. They will need to verify your license and rig, a simple process (so I have heard).
