I'm not sure, but I don't think so. I think it might work with .NET 2.0. I
assume here you're talking about FlexWiki 1.8.

.NET 1.1 and 2.0 will live happily on the same system. No problem. Just
install .NET 1.1.

Yeah, WikiBases got renamed to Namespaces. There are no instructions for 2.0
that I'm aware of (it requires .NET 2.0, BTW). If you'd like to write some
up on the wiki, that would be fantastic: I'm glad to help you figure it out
here on the list if you have any problems.
