>From where I sit anthrax not only looks better (if perhaps more "old-style", e.g. motif-like), but works better. The transparent style often has trouble where the cursor and selections with the mouse and otherwise don't line up with the text, making it very annoying to work with entering values. Even with anthrax it's not the epitome of usability but at least I can see where the cursor is and what's selected.
