By all means have a crack at a 3d cockpit for the AN-225.  I 
don't have any drawings or photos that might help but I reckon 
that your idea of using the AN-124 for reference should be sound 
- the AN-225 is basically a 'stretched' AN-124 with new inner 
wing sections and a revised tail.
