Well, no, that isn't really what I was looking for.  Indeed if
I had to put that on the list of things I'd like to have, it
wouldn't rank very high ... partly because the pilot would need
to fly to a place before doing the dump.  For my purposes (and
I suspect a lot of other purposes besides), is much more useful
to be able to warp to some improvised place, without ever having
been there before.
