Saitek Pro-Flight-Rudder-Pedals's name differs in windows from linux, and the axis for the rudder is 3, not 2... assumes Mac uses same channel as windows, but could be wrong... linux is set to channel 2, and windows and mac is set to 3
I include both the bziped and the plain file, not sure if I have to use bz as diffs are small (used "../../../../source/scripts/tools/fg-submit" to create it)
