The last item in the inaugural parade was a working electric, 12 wheeled, six axled, electric lunar rover that including a full glass fronted sealed capsule with normally clothed pilots.
The whole rover moved under its own power and demonstrated its ability to move in any direction and rotate its axles independently. In front of the presidental review stand an astronaut in a full space suit and pack got off on of the external chairs of the capsule and took the flag from the capsule and proceded to join the parade and march down the street with rover following behind.
