I have managed compiling LaRCsim.
ENABLE_LARCSIM:BOOL=ON and ENABLE_UIUC_MODEL:BOOL=ON are the required
settings. Everything works fine!

You can try to switch on ENABLE_UIUC_MODEL too as one of the undefined relates
to uiuc
